SSJ 421 Gold Reserve Brisket Rub

This competition rub is perfect for trophies and those who want the natural beefy flavor of brisket to shine through.  Do not confuse this with other rubs.  All the ingredients are the proper mesh, coarseness and granulation blended in the correct ratio for maximum beef penetration and flavor.

Apply a generous amount to the entire brisket, pat (not rub) the seasoning into the brisket and allow it to sit for as long as you desire.  For best results, we recommend tightly wrapping the seasoned brisket in clear plastic wrap and set it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, but preferably overnight.
